She wanted to help people with the same medical condition as herself, and also the elderly with whom she had a special rapport. To perpetuate her memory we, her parents, have created the Victoria Lynn Charitable Trust, which will raise money to benefit those charities which were close to her heart. These will include, among others, the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (UK), Heathlands residential home for the elderly in Manchester, and a student association in Leeds where Victoria, herself, studied and fulfilled her ambition of attending university against all the odds and restrictions of her condition.
